PTL has a wide variety of chocolate machinery and chocolate processing equipment, from small chocolate Enrobes to large enrobing lines, and as well from small depositors for chocolate, cream, caramel, or marshmallow, to large unique molding plants.
The molding of chocolate candy is mainly a procedure of pouring tempered liquid chocolate into molds as the molds move beside a conveyor belt. The molds go through separate stations where the liquid chocolate is vibrated to eradicate fascinated air and cooled; or where different fillings are introduced to the chocolate; or where other procedures are applied. After the chocolate is formed, the individual pieces are removed from the molds by automatically or by hand and individually wrapped, assembled, or otherwise packaged.
